Dear Tobias,
Thank you for the failure report.
On the EL EXPAND analyzer, every time that you have shifts in QC or high slope failure ( Calibration value ), please change the reference electrode and send us the reference electrode lot number, calibration results, QC data. We will send you a replacement for the reference electrode and make an RGA for you.
We would recommend to run the daily cleaner in the morning, do calibration and run the QC materials. If they are good and within the normal ranges, run the patient samples.
I processed the replacements for you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipment of this order, please contact our Customer Service directly at : CustomerService@medicacorp.com
We would like to get the reference electrode back to Medica for further investigations. I made the RGA 192085 for you. Please use our FedEx account number 471164747 and forward it to the address below:
