Dear Hanna,

I have a doctor who claims that whenever the Na is not working also the Hct is not working.
He needs Hct but doesnt need Na at all.
Is there a connection?

    1. Could you please let us know what is the serial number on this analyzer?

    2. Could you please send us the calibration print out?

    3. You mentioned that whenever the Na is not working the Hct is not working either. Could you please send us a print out?

    4. Which kind of sample do they test?

    5. Which kind of sample tubing do they use?

    6. What is the part number for the daily cleaner? For how long do they use this fresh daily cleaner after making a new one?

    7. No, Na and Hct don’t have any connection.
