EasyStat BD
Dear Hanna,
Dear MEDICA,
we have an EasyStat thats acting up - it was fine for 1 month, then calibration failed overnight with BD failure.
We had 80/24 BD Test fail
performed cleaning with warm water
produced 97/24 BD Test pass
performed calibration failed 82/24 BD fail
BD Test showed 80/24
FLOW Tests Calibr A B C & Sample Test all ok
where is the culprit?
looking for some guidance on troubleshooting since the clinic is filled with patients tonight

- Could you please let us know, what is the serial number on this ES analyzer?
- Please send us all the print outs that you have (such as calibration print out and ets. )
